Our January Featured Kitchen was a remodel done in a home in Succasunna, NJ. This L-shaped Transitional style kitchen has loads of special cabinet details and features that make it super convenient for the homeowners. While we kept most of the original footprint, we did make a few minor changes in order to make the flow of the kitchen work better. The Maple Shaker style cabinets are painted white with some glass-front cabinets to give the room a more open look. The counter tops are engineered quartz and two different colors, while behind the stove is a mosaic tile backsplash and ceramic tile backsplash in the rest of the kitchen. Some of the special features we included at the client’s request were a large center island that seats four, a breakfast nook, pull-out spice drawers, glass veggie drawer, a Lemans blind corner, floating open shelves, pull-out pantry, double wall oven, under-counter microwave, and beverage/wine fridge. As you can see from the “Before Photo” this update truly transformed the kitchen.
